Sara started her career in nursing in 1981 at St. Vincent’s Hospital on the Adult Coronary Intensive Care Unit. Before coming to Mountain View Hospital, Sara worked as the Nurse Supervisor on the Adult Psychiatry Unit at Brookwood Hospital in Birmingham. Sara has been involved in numerous research activities regarding mental illness and psychiatric medication.
Sara has been the psychiatric nurse coordinator for G. Michael Shehi, MD since 1988
Ms. Romano has been employed with Southeastern Psychiatric Management since June 1991
